Baby's First Profound Dilemma

Today I got to pose for a whole bunch of new photos - Have to keep my adoring fans happy! Maybe you will see one or two of them on this blog now and then (that's what us bloggers call a 'Teaser').
I'm two weeks old! Happy birthday to me - where are all of my gifts? My dad says I have to wait a while before I get any more. What a bummer. I am looking forward to being spoiled more by everyone soon, though.
An evolving trend seems to be late night blogging. Long after everyone else in the house goes to bed, I quietly jump out of my bassinet and get a chance to log in and talk to all of you. Maybe as I get a sleeping/eating routine down this won't be the case.
Tonight the entire house fell into its routines: Mom cooked dinner and caught up on housework (though I kept her busy most of the day), Dad continued to work on that darn paper, and Abby found new places to sulk (she managed to squeeze under her bed to hide from my crying).
Tonight I caught up on sleep while Daddy worked on his Marketing paper. Tomorrow promises to be more of the same. Abby is still sulking around the house whenever I cry. Hopefully I can start crawling and walking soon so that she and I will be best buds.
New York might be The City that Never Sleeps, but I am throwing down the gauntlet. Through my diligence I have been able to keep my mom awake quite a lot lately. With my fussy feeding schedule and busy waste management agenda, I have put mom to the test. She seems to be pretty good-natured about it all, though. She takes me into Abby's room so that I don't disturb dad (you know how grumpy he gets without sleep!). Maybe I'll have to try a new approach soon. I am now 10 days old.

Hello, my name is Otto Joseph. I am 9 days old and full of piss and vinegar. My parents (well, my dad actually) thought if I blogged maybe I would be a calmer baby, and perhaps, share some of my hard-won, larger than life wisdom, too.
