Got Milk?

I have recently started drinking out of a big-boy cup! The result...I have joined the growing list of celebrities in pictures with a milk mustache. It sure does a body good!

Happy Birthday to Grandma Elaine today!

First Day of Summer

Today is the Summer Solstice! This cool lawn mower that I got for my birthday has sure been getting a workout. Afterall, I have to earn my keep by helping with the chores around the house and yard!

Mommy, Grandma Elaine, and I went to the zoo today. I am in a program for kids that meets throughout the summer and gives us hands-on time with the animals. Today's class was called "So Many Feet" and I got to touch a millipede that had tons of feet, a tree frog that had suction cup feet, and a snake that had no feet! (Grandma didn't touch the snake though!) Isn't nature cool?

Guess What I Just Did?

Actually, nevermind. (It's unmentionable!)

Happy Birthday to ME!

I'm 2 years old now! I weighed in at 31.4 pounds and am 35 1/2 inches tall now. That means I am heavier than 75% of the boys my age and taller than 90% of them...so just like last year, I continue to be a BIG BOY!

My birthday was on Friday the 2nd but we celebrated with a Mexican "Fiesta" themed party on Sunday the 4th. We had a build-your-own taco bar with taco meat, chicken, & steak with all the fixings, and of course margaritas (for the adults, not me unfortunately) and fried ice cream! Almost everyone who attended the party last year was here again, and thankfully it was about 25 degrees cooler! That turned out to be a really good thing because us kids sure did a lot of running around!

Here's Great-Grandpa DL getting in the theme of things with his sombrero!

Mommy and Grandma Elaine took me to IHOP for breakfast the morning of my birthday and the waitresses snuck up behind me to sing Happy Birthday. It really scared me and I cried then and every other time I heard it throughout the weekend. (Don't be confused Cousin Morgan, that's just the excuse I gave the family when really it was their voices.) Check out the cool "sombrero" cupcakes Mommy made me!

Here's Janet shaking her money-maker to "Living La Vida Mickey" with Morgan and Kyra.

Spiderman Sunglasses...very cool, though they are a little lopsided at the moment! See my fingers? I'm TWO years old!

You betcha!

Grandpa Otto gave me a really neat sandbox and this dump truck will make mess making even easier!

Here's me and my folks. We want to thank everyone for coming and for all the amazing presents! We love you!
