Disneyland - Day 5

Our last day at Disneyland started with Daddy at his conference so Mommy and I headed straight for the sweets. Here I am holding the very popular "Tigger Tail", which I have to admit was mighty good.

Since I loved the water ride last night, I decided that I simply had to go on Splash Mountain too. The big hill was the best part!

In Toon Town, I couldn't pass up an opportunity to sit in the drivers seat of Goofy's car! I'm a natural.

It may seem kinda girly, but we had a good time watching the Princess Coronation. Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Snow White sure are hotties so any chance I get to see them is great!

Dadddy got out of his conference and joined us just in time to explore Tarzan's Treehouse. Ropes are so much fun and wobbly to walk across!

Goodbye Disneyland, it sure was fun being here!

Disneyland - Day 4

Arf, arf!

Walking through Frontier Land, we came upon this friendly gentleman in front of a saloon. He tried really hard to teach me how to spin this lasso, but everytime he helped get it going and then let go so I could do it, I managed to whip it in all sorts of direction. Luckily he was good at ducking!

Since the lasso didn't quite work out, we switched to the fiddle. I did MUCH better with this one!

Look who we stumbled on...it's Mary Poppins and Bert! Isn't she practically perfect in every way? It was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to see them! (C'mon, you know I had to do it!)

This was the live Alladin production that I was soooooo NOT thrilled to see. Mommy and Daddy really liked it, but I thought it was pretty scary. They say the Genie was hilarious but I was too busy hiding my head and crying to notice.

The Tower of Terror - mua ha ha ha ha ha!

I was beginning to get my nerve up about riding some of the bigger roller coasters. Since Daddy doesn't like them, Mommy took me on this one while he was busy at the convention. Since this ride is straight up and down and belly-tickling, she thought it would be a good starter ride because of how much I enjoy driving over hills that do that to you. Unfortunately the whole thing was ruined as soon as we walked into the building. It was decorated as an old haunted hotel, complete with cobwebs and storm sounds. I really don't like thunderstorms so I was upset the entire time we spent in line. I did ride it though (only because SHE wanted to and I had no one else to stay with!) but I sure don't want to do that again until I'm older! Later Daddy took this picture of us to commemorate it.

By evening, my roller coaster desire was in full swing. The Grizzly River Run was fun to watch as people came down a big hill in round rafts, splashing us and soaking themselves! Isn't this a really cool mountain above it? Our night time ride was a blast, due in part to getting Daddy on it too! We all walked back to the hotel dripping wet...it was awesome!

Disneyland - Day 3

Daddy was an awesome co-pilot on The Astro Orbitor. (When given a choice, I always wanted to ride with Daddy! Poor Mommy spent most of the rides all alone!)

While waiting in line at the Dumbo ride, we got a kick out of the bush shaped like him. All we could see was his elephant butt!

Here I am in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. It's no where near as magestic as Cinderella Castle in Florida, but it's still pretty neat!

Check out Mickey in his fancy duds!

And Minnie too!

And then there's Goofy in his beachwear! Narly, Dude!

Pluto is my favorite of them all! We even bought a big stuffed animal of him that we call "Fat Pluto". It's like a big, soft pillow and I love it! (Oh, and if you click on the picture, you can check out my awesome Mickey Crocs!)

Mommy and I played around in the adventure area when Daddy had to go to the convention for a little while. These ropes were pretty hard to walk on but it sure was fun, and pretty soon I didn't need to hold on anymore!

Disneyland - Day 2

This ride is called the Storybook Land Canal Boats. Check out that whale we are about to be eaten by from Pinnochio!

This is a circus train and I chose the Monkey Cage to sit in! Hello to all my fans down there!

Boo! (Just passing the time in one of the many lines we were in!)

The fam with Winnie the Pooh!

And Eeyore!

Ooohhh, what a sticky mess!

The start of the afternoon Parade of Dreams, which is a must see!

And this is the Pixar Play Parade over at California Adventure. This is Mr. Incredible.

Awww, it's Ratatouille! I wonder what he's cooking up today!

For dinner, we had reservations for the princess dinner at Ariels Grotto. I wasn't too thrilled about this because "boys don't have their pictures taken with pretty girls". This is Princess Aurora, aka Sleeping Beauty, and she tried to convince me that it would be alright but I wasn't about to change my mind. She did sign my autograph book though so that was cool.

OK, this is starting to improve just a little bit. Belle is sure a "Beauty" and I guess right now I'm being a "Beast"!

Wow, this isn't too bad afterall! Cinderella called me a Prince!

And Snow White...yea, this is definitely cool! (hahahahaha!)

And last but not least, it's Ariel! The Little Mermaid was the nicest of them all. I made her feel bad when we arrived because I didn't want a formal picture taken with her, but it looks like she forgives me!

After dinner we went to see A Bugs Life. It's a 3D show that wasn't too much fun when they made you think that bugs were crawling all over you, but I sure liked the glasses!

Disneyland - Day 1

Woo hoo, we're back in the land of Disney! We had a long flight across the country today and arrived during the afternoon. Just like when we went to Disneyworld, our first ride was the Teacups. The line was pretty short and it moved fast, so we rode it a couple of times in a row. Daddy is awesome at spinning it really, really fast! (Notice that we are sitting in the blue teacup, because that's my favorite color!)

We spent some time wandering around to get acquainted with the layout of the park, and ran into this guy! Goofy is such a funny dog that I decided to stick out my tongue like a dog does!

Unfortunately, that's it for pictures of day one. We were tired and it was hot, and we just didn't think much about the camera. We did other favorites of mine like the Autopia and Dumbo, ate dinner, then called it a night so that we could get an early start tomorrow!

Pohl Party 2008

All the cousins on Mommy's side of the family - Peyton, Madison, Ashton, Kyra, Morgan, and me! I'll bet you'd never guess that we are THREE DIFFERENT generations, but we are! Holy cow!

(Can you tell that I got a new haircut? Daddy has now been banned from ever coming near me with the scissors again!)
